Troglodyte - Fruited Brett IPA - 7.5% ABV

A two year Barrel Aged Brett IPA fermented with 3 Pacific Rim Vietnamese fruits that include Soursop, Mangosteen, and Calamansi. Soursop adds notes of mango, pineapple, and subtle strawberry. Mangosteen brings sweet subtle nuances of lychee, peach, and clementine. Calamansi enhances acidity with its pithy lime tartness.

Flying Dutchman - Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 11% ABV 

Flying Dutchman is an enchanting journey into the rich, dark delights of an Imperial Stout aged in Dark Rum Barrels for 36 months. The first impression is an irresistible bouquet of roasted malt, reminiscent of espresso and dark chocolate, layered with whispers of caramelized sugar. As you dive deeper, the character of the extensive rum barrel aging process begins to emerge-notes of molasses, toffee, oak, and dried fruit, particularly raisins and figs, along with a touch of smokiness, dance harmoniously with the base stout's profile. Even more barrel character imparts a velvety smoothness and silky texture that elevate the profile, adding warm notes of vanilla, coconut, and subtle spice that dance on the tongue, making each sip more decadent and satisfying than the last. Tiki LTL Dr Funk - Kettle Sour Cocktail - 4.4%

Named after the German born physician, Doctor Bernard Funk, this cocktail inspired Long Tongue Liar combines our already delicious Long Tongue Liar base with fresh Lime and Lemon juice, homemade grenadine, rich Demerara, and the French herbal aperitif Genepy. Give it a try before it runs out.

Our brewers cooked up a one shot keg of Tiki Long Tongue Liar that riffs off the Scorpion cocktail! Fresh grapefruit, lime, cinnamon, and Demerara sing to each other in this kettle sour with a fresh juicy vibe.

BRAIN BOIL

Red IPA - 5.7%

Brewed with our friends in death metal band Molder to celebrate the oncoming release of their latest LP “catastrophic configuration" we proudly present “Brain Boil”. 

This Red IPA pulls you into the pit with straight forward bitter notes of pine and citrus backed up with a sweet bready carmel punch in the body. It ends the set with a dry resiny finish and at modest 5.7% abv you'll be making many return visits.

Czech-style Pale Lager - 3.9%

A respected deity of light and sun, is a 3.9% Czech Pale Lager. It starts with a softer water profile. Traditional floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, which gives intense earthy malt notes of biscuit and honey. The subtle yet beautiful Czech Saaz hops offer woodsy, earthy, and floral elegance. The backbone of any Czech Pilsner is a yeast that compliments its well-balanced light malty finish and subtle earthy hop bitterness. Combine all this with slow steady fermentation, spunded for a naturally carbonated beer, and lagered for months to bring out the best of this historically classic Czech Pale Lager.

Mango Kettle Sour - 4.9%

A tropical, tart, and prickly dry-hopped kettle sour brewed with fresh mango puree. Fermented with luscious fresh mango puree, each sip bursts with juicy mango, the tropical sweetness melds with the acidity, and a light dry hop at the end of fermentation accentuates sweet mango, with additional layers of grapefruit, herbal lemongrass, and zesty citrus.

Kettle Sour - 4.4%

A juicy, tart, and prickly dry-hopped kettle sour brewed with fresh plum puree. We complement the fruit with a generous whirlpool of Comet hops to infuse bright citrusy notes, zesty grapefruit, and a hint of herbal pine. As the sourness settles, the fermentation of fresh plum puree bursts forth, delivering a juicy, luscious flavor and delicate sweetness that balances out the acidity, evoking memories of biting into a perfectly ripe fruit. Hints of lime and lemon peel provide a zesty brightness, enhancing the overall refreshing quality of the beer. As it finishes, the dry hopping with Ariana hops introduces a nuanced layer of complexity, with delicate floral aromas and soft peach-like sweetness that linger, inviting you to take another sip.

West Coast Double IPA - 8%

West Coast Warlock is back and better than ever. This amped up Double West Coast IPA triples the hopping rate compared to our regular West Coast Wizard with over 5 lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Citra, Green Bullet, and CTZ. For all those OG West Coast IPAS drinkers we had to boost up those IBUS as well. Tons of pine, resin, stone fruit, and floral aromatics resonate from the glass. Look for big in your face Tangerine, Peach, and vibrant citrus fruit backed by a notable malty body. A clean grapefruit, pine, and resinous bitterness hangs onto the back of your tongue after every sip.

Pale Ale - 5.3%

Coast Wiccan is a vibrant American Pale Ale that pays homage to the mystical beauty and worship of Mother Nature. Its radiant straw-colored body and fluffy white head hide bright aromatics of lemongrass, pine resin, dank wood, citrus pith, and dried apricot. A well-balanced yet crisp and clean malt bill accentuates the zesty lime pith, tart lemon, and sweet mandarin of yuzu fruit, grapefruit, and dehydrated peaches/apricots. MOUNTAIN KING

Hazy IPA - 7.1% ABV

Far away, in a land caught between time and space. Where the books of life lay. Within this castle of stone, the Mountain King roams. Pouring a beautiful golden-yellow hue, reminiscent of the sunlit meadows, it exhibits a soft, cloudy haze that pulls you into its intoxicating bouquet of zesty citrus zing and floral tropical juiciness. Underneath the bright, sweet citrus notes of oranges, grapefruit, clementines, and lime lie pastels of peaches, melon, and mango, all perfectly complemented by the grassy, piney resinous character of Topaz hops and the floral, tropical spice notes of Ella hops. There is a clean, lingering bitterness with bright lime zest that leaves an ethereal aftertaste, inviting exploration of each layer of flavor.

St. MAXIMUS

Dry-Hopped Belgian Single Ale - 5.0%

A very crisp, effervescent, and clean bittered hoppy table beer with a light bready, honey biscuit, and crackery malt bill that lays the canvas for its Belgian yeast character and the delicate use of Fuggle and experimental XJA2/436 hops. It pours a brilliant golden straw color, adorned with a creamy persistent crown leaving delicate lace patterns as it recedes down the glass tantalizing but a whiff from its top. Imperial Breakfast Stout - 5.9% ABV

A rich and sumptuous Imperial Breakfast Stout that will awaken your taste buds. Brewed with generous amounts of Mexican and Brazilian cold-pressed coffee from Ten Drops, and maple syrup adds layers of depth and richness to an already complex stout. A tantalizing blend of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, caramelized brown sugar, and maple syrup permeates the nose. The first sip reveals a velvety smooth mouthfeel and a harmonious blend of roasted malt, espresso, rich chocolate, sweet maple syrup, hints of caramelized sugar, and a subtle warming.
