To kick off our Cellar Showcase and ICBW, we’re releasing Epilogue, our Imperial IPA.
The first of our featured barrel-aged beers will be Bell Witch, Bourbon Barrel-aged Imperial Stout, from 2016.
We will have food from Bull & Balance as well as music from Steve Peterson, starting at 7.
Friday, May 25
To bring the week to a close, we’re releasing Czernobog, an Imperial Brown Ale aged for 18 months in Bourbon barrels and blended with barrel-aged coffee from Hexe Coffee Co.
We’re also debuting a brand new culinary experience: The Art of Dosa. This Southern India-inspired restaurant is opening soon in the Loop and already making it’s name around the Chicago-area.
