Experimental Series: Smoking Ruins

The next installment of our Experimental Series is Smoking Ruins, a lightly peat-smoked English Bitter, designed and brewed by our GM, TJ. Smoked beers have long been a favorite of ours, so we’re excited to see how TJ’s beer turns out.

Chef Terrell of Dark Horse Pastries and King’s Cafe will be here with his pop-up kitchen, cooking up some incredible food to go along with this wonderful beer.
