Our newest rotating IPA is fermented with Omega Yeast Lab’s Hothead Norwegian ale yeast. This yeast’s fermentation profile provides intense orange rind notes. The malt bill has three kinds of wheat and it is dry-hopped with liberal amounts of Amarillo. The fermentation and dryhopping combine to form wonderful tangerine and Juicy Fruit flavors and aromas.
